Players make plays. This is the mentality it takes for our players to reach the next level. Offensively and defensively, this mentality is a separator!
Finishing
Learn to protect the ball and score the ball at will at the rim!
Ball Handling
Learn to control the ball around your body and time dribbles with your footwork.
Shooting
Intentional work with our shooting specialist, Justin Curry on shooting mechanics!
IQ
We teach speed, defense, teamwork. You have to be able to think at a fast pace and execute with effort!
2026 IGB Winter Middle School Training
THIS IS WHERE DEVELOPMENT HAPPENS!
IGB Winter Middle School Training (6th - 8th Grade) is the "bridge" from Grade School to GUAA, S40 and RISE courts. Prepare to play out of high level, fast-paced concepts to help players learn the game at the same level they would be taught in high school and college.
