Goals of Training

1. Fine tune shooting mechanics through off the dribble and off the pass situations

2. Ball handling and finishing at game speed

3. Understanding the mindset to play on future GUAA, S40 and RISE courts

How it works

1. 12 Weeks March 3rd - May 21st

2. Supplement IGB Team Practice with One Training Session Each Week

3. Attend Tuesday or Wednesday based on your Team Practice Schedule (If not on an IGB Spring/Summer Team we will place for you)

Days, Times and Location

Tuesday: 6-7:15 pm at Pro Net Sports

Wednesday: 6-7:15 pm at Pro Net Sports
